NON-VENTING SUBSTRATE (NVS)

The BH Group provides Siplast NVS lightweight insulating concrete. The NVS roof deck system is comprised of a vermiculite aggregate, Portland cement, and water. Manufactured on the jobsite, these materials are used to create an aggregate lightweight insulating concrete. This system is commonly used with concrete substrates, non venting metal roof deck, and re-roofing applications. The NVS system corrects surface irregularities to achieve a positive slope to drain design. This system achieves minimum compressive strengths of 300 psi and requires only a 1 inch minimum thickness.
